“ Everything and everyone in this place are awesome from the hosts, the pizza maker Marco and especially the best bartender in Arizona McKenzie Come by and have a pizza with beer or a nice dinner with your husband, wife, boyfriend, girlfriend or alone even. You'll have a great time. Or just come by and say hi to Marco, McKenzie or just anyone in this fine restaurant. ”

“ I just inhaled my whole dinner at Papa Paul's Brick Oven Pizza & Pasts because that fresas con crema cannoli was calling my name, and honestly, it was totally justified. Though this spot has been on my list for so long today was the first time I'd actually stopped in. When I drove by it's usually packed and hard to find parking, but today must've been my lucky day with no wait and plenty of seating. The place is cozy yet a little more upscale than your typical pizza spot and it was a good change. Service eas on point and we never had to ask for anything. They have a large bar and even had a beer sour, canned but still great to see. The wine list is pretty good to pair with your pasta. Tonight we tried the Brooklyn Pizza, calamari and of course ended with the cannoli on special. Everything was delicious. I do wish the pizza was a bit more toasted as it got a bit soggy towards the end. The calamari was amazing and the dipping sauce a good kick to it. There were no chewy pieces which was a hit. Seriously though the cannoli with fresh strawberries are what dreams are made of. They also have a great outside patio and now that the days are getting nicer it would be a great option. Great stop and would make a wonderful date night. ”

The menu had a good selection of pizza with a nice mixture of toppings that gives it a gourmet slant. I like brick oven pizza and mine was done with a nice crust and toppings were plentiful. ”
